Please complete the following steps before your program director interview:

1. Review the Commitments and Expectations page. Come prepared to discuss any questions during your program director interview.

2. Consider your schedule. Outline what a typical week or month looks like for you and be ready to discuss how Apartment Life fits into your schedule.

Decide when you could:

• • Serve residents and build community (events, programs, connections)
  • Participate in monthly check-in calls with your program director and manager

3. Create and submit your one-pager. Use one of our Canva* templates below (or another design platform) to help us get to know you. This may be shared with a property manager, so please avoid using spiritual language.

In Canva, once finished:

• • • Click Share (top right) and Download
    • Choose PDF (standard) and save it
    • Upload the PDF using the submission link in your prep email
