Just like you have been called to serve OTHERS, others have been called to serve YOU
Pray, Strategize, Ask for Help
Juggling is hard. And if you've ever tried it expecting to be a pro, you'll quickly be humbled as everything tumbles to the ground around you. In life, there is freedom in asking for help. As you pursue missions, take a moment to step back from life, set the plates down, and put out a PSA. Pray over your life. Strategize over your plans. Ask God and others for help.

Put together teams to help your ministry succeed:
- A spiritual team can pray for you, speak truth to you, and encourage you especially when ministry is tough. When you feel isolated, it's tough to do ministry well - surround yourself with prayer warriors.
- If you have children, a home team is essential to help you with childcare both during events and while you're ministering to your neighbors.
- An event team can help set up events, act as another host at the event, and help clean up afterward. Having an event team serve as the hands and feet of an event can free you up to focus on connecting with your neighbors during events.
As you create a support team for your ministry, think about the people you know and their gifts. If you know someone who is artistic, ask them to help you with event promotions, signage, or decoration. If you have a friend who is skilled at a trade, ask them to teach a class for one of your events. Ask God to bring people who are willing to share their gifts with your ministry, to help you further the kingdom. Chances are they're just waiting for you to call on them!
Whether you're walking through this study individually or as a group, take a moment to process by asking yourself these questions:
- Jinneh separates her team into three "buckets." How would you organize your support?
- Think about the circles you run in. Who would be willing to help you in your mission?
- What’s the next step you need to take today to lift up Christ and draw others to him?
