There are many ways to share the gospel with your neighbors. Here's a simple option that is easy to memorize and present.
Here's some tips for using the Bridge Method to share the gospel:
- Make sure you practice drawing the bridge beforehand, so that you can focus less on your picture and more on the dialogue.
- Always be prepared for opportunities to share the bridge. Since this method requires drawing, carry something with you to write on, like a journal, notepad, or even a napkin.
- Be aware of how long it takes you to share the bridge and the gospel. Some situations are too short to adequately communicate this important message with this method.
- Ask for a response. Make sure that they understand the message clearly and that you know where they are in their journey.
- As you become more experienced and know how to anticipate questions or objections, be prepared to answer the question and/or have a diagram prepared to draw. For example, some people may have questions about why good deeds aren't enough to connect us to God. You could draw a scale and describe that some people try to outweigh their bad deeds with good deeds.
- Pray with the individual at the end no matter the response. Whether it is a prayer of thanksgiving for the decision they made, or a prayer of gratitude for being able to discuss this important topic together, it will set a good atmosphere ending your time together.
- Do not be discouraged if they do not accept the gospel after your presentation. Be encouraged that you had the opportunity to be a part of their spiritual journey.

"But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the scriptures say, 'How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!'" —ROMANS 10:14-15 (NLT)

Whether you're walking through this study individually or as a group, take a moment to process by asking yourself these questions:
- Practice using the Bridge Method with a friend or family member. Encourage them to ask questions, as if they were hearing it for the first time. Practice those responses.
- If you use a different method to share the gospel, share that with your group. Exchange tips on how to share clearly and succinctly.
- Pray that God would give you an opportunity to share the gospel.
